I think a perfect start to summer includes a trip to the beach. My friend Keri and I packed up our little ones and headed to Clearwater. It really is my favorite Florida beach.
We spent all day in the sun. Reese and Savanna enjoyed the soft sand and calm water. They both got sun burns around their eyes. Despite the fact that we had a giant umbrella, multiple hats, and applied sunscreen every hour.
Reese did look a little funny. When I took him to his Peds apt. the Dr. (student) asked if he was born with the crazy sunburn around his eyes.
