Move

This has been the longest move of my life! It might have something to do with the new baby or the extremely helpful four year old. It could be the month long wait to move into our place or the two week vacation to Utah one week after we got the keys. I really don't know but I still have a big box upstairs and I have no idea what is in the storage space.

I better do like Velma says and "get my butt in gear". When I was younger I had no Idea what that meant, It's still not clear. Dose my butt really have gears? If so how do I get it into one so I can start being productive?

Clearwater

We made it. To the beach that is. Aiden, Reese and I went to Clearwater all by ourselves while Dylan spent the day taking the second part of the Bar.

It was tricky with two.

Reese made some new friends and found a conch which he wanted to take home to be his pet that is until he saw what came out of the shell. It was so funny to watch Reese he would not put his feet on the same blanket for fear his new pet would get him.

We had a really great day it was a lot of work but worth every bit of it. I am so happy I got in one more beach day before we moved.

Dylan was so happy to finish the Bar. We will find out if he passed at the end of September.

Independence Day

This year we went to a small town parade in Micanopy.
Swam and had a BBQ with some friends.
Then we watched fireworks in Alachua.

Not quite the same as watching the fireworks over DC from your balcony. We still had a great time.

first beach trip for Aiden

Dylan took his books and studied the entire time. He didn't even put his swim suit on.
Aiden slept, ate and pooped.
Reese and I played with our friends in the sun, sand and the ocean.
I love the beach.
